Shipping Policy

We offer two ways to get your coffee: local delivery from our Tuncurry roastery, or Australia Post shipping anywhere in Australia. The options available for your address, and their prices, are shown at checkout.

Local Delivery
We deliver locally to addresses within 25 km of the Chaff and Beans Roastery in Diamond Beach, NSW. If your address is within this area, Local Delivery will appear as an option at checkout, along with any delivery fee. We'll be in touch by email to let you know when to expect your delivery.

Australia Post Shipping
For addresses outside our local delivery area, we ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order:

• Standard (3–7 business days): $8 up to 500 g; $11 for 501 g–1 kg; $14 over 1 kg
• Express (1–3 business days): $12 up to 500 g; $15 for 501 g–1 kg; $19 over 1 kg
• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more

All prices are in AUD. We roast every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, and orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of the next roasting day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Freshness Guarantee
All our coffee is roasted to order on our roasting days (Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday) and dispatched within 1–2 business days of roasting, so it arrives as fresh as possible.

Packaging
Our coffee is packaged in resealable, airtight bags to preserve freshness during transit.

Remote & Rural Areas
Delivery to remote or rural areas of Australia may take additional time beyond the estimated delivery windows above.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at orders@chaffandbeans.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
